They took in my bearded dragon despite her not being a client there previously and got her in quickly with their “pocket pets” program. They sent me a text telling me her diagnosis and were open to answering any questions that I had. They were very nice and my beardie didn’t appear to be stressed at all when I picked her up. They didn’t charge a lot either! I’m glad I found this vet for my exotics, I will be recommending this place to all of my friends.

They’ve been a crucial part of developing a treatment plan for our rescue terrier. He came to us with a bad case of heartworm almost 2 years ago and no one know what to expect for his quality of life. Happy to report that he’s made an incredible recovery and is living a great life. He’s needed a lot of visits early on and their prices feel very fair. Love the staff and our vet.

I brought my hedgehog Kingsley here because he’s 3 and lost one of his adult teeth, and wanted to make sure there was no trauma or dental issues. The staff is lovely, they’re so kind and welcoming, and the doctors are very knowledgable and great at communicating at how they’re doing and the results of the visit. I will definitely be here again if Kingsley needs any treatment. Thank you so much for everything you do!

I had to get my Sugar Glider Sebastian in to be seen, he was not acting right. Dr. Van Den Heuvel reassured me that he is healthy and well taken care of. Even though I do not have an exact answer to what had happened I was able to rest my mind knowing he is healthy. Thank you for the peace of mind!

Dr. Will is a great doctor he is currently treating my dog Jadie with her arthritis and trachea issues and also a friendly staff!

Highly recommend any rabbit owners to go here! The staff and doctors are very kind and knowledgeable about bunnies.

The entire staff is fabulous! This husband and wife team make a fantastic duo, you can tell all the staff love what they do! I drive over an hour each way to work with them and it’s worth every mile, thank you all so much! If you are just looking for an everyday vet or ACL surgery and even reproduction then this is the jackpot!

Switched to Blue Lake recently. I called on Tuesday to try and get our dog seen soon due to excessive itching, they were able to have him seen the next day! Highly impressed by Dr. Will. Thorough explanation of treatment and answered all my questions without feeling rushed. Happy doggo and happy owners!
