Thank you Dr. William Vandenheuvel and staff! l was anxious trying to decide where to take my dog but I am so glad that I chose this place. They treated me and my pet with kindness and excitement! I never felt judged for my questions or answers, and I appreciated the way they offered advice and thoroughly explained different medications with both their knowledge and personal experience. The facility was so clean, the environment and staff interactions were very professional, and when I requested to be on a cancelation list, I was called later the very same day with an offer of a sooner appointment, so the customer service is also fantastic. 100% recommend Blue Lake Animal Hospital! We take all of our animals here and always have a great experience. Dr Will has done surgery on our English Springer Spaniel and she experienced a comfortable healing process and experienced no complications. He is extremely skilled and was able to adjust her surgery as needed during the procedure. We have also taken our cat here for her annual exam and vaccinations and had another great experience. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond to communications. They are also flexible and willing to go above and beyond for your pet’s care. Dr Will and Dr Heather are knowledgeable and great at what they do, they involve you as a team to optimize your pet’s health. This veterinary office has a great family feel to it and we will never go anywhere else!

Koda and I love Dr. Heather! She has taken care of 4 of my pets now and we followed her from her last office to their new place. Not only does she have the knowledge but she takes the time to talk through any/all of your concerns and never makes you feel rushed. Amazing vets. We were clients of the previous owners and have been so impressed with the care and service we have received. We had to put our cat down and they were so kind and generous. Thats why we drive an hr for appointments when there’s a well rated vet 3 miles away.
