My dog, Oreo, has gone to Blue Lake (formerly South Crossings) since she was a puppy over 15 years ago. We have always received excellent care from knowledgeable professionals. During this difficult time, as she nears the end of her life, Dr. Will is super supportive and helpful. It’s going to be sad when we have to say goodbye to Oreo, but I know that Dr. Will’s compassion and understanding will be extremely helpful.

Highly recommend. We drive an hour to bring all of our dogs here because they do THAT great of a job. Dr. Heather is amazing every single time! They go above and beyond even at weird hours. I trust her and her staff with all needs from reproductive health to simple nail trims. Thank you❤️

I have been going to Blue Lake for about a year and a half and love the people there from the Dr. S. to the front desk. They are always very pleasant and very kind to my fur babies. I started raising Maine coons and a lot of the staff loves to come see them. I also have several rescues that are treated with the same kindness. Sometimes it seems like the prices are a little high but I have nothing to compare it to and everything has went up so…

Overall I’m glad they are the ones caring for my fur babies.

Doctor Will and his wife are outstanding with their level of knowledge and ability to explain things. Our older doggo had a bout with a bowel disease that came around after the recent uptick in parvo over the last couple years. She was potentially looking at having to be put down, but Doctor Will managed to save my fiancé and my best friend and give her a great outlook at a few more great years with us. I cannot recommend this place enough! Everybody here is outstanding from start to finish for every visit. Thank you to all the staff!

My poor handsome cat was struck by a car, and was seriously injured. I went right into blue lake and I was instantly seen, and they helped my poor boy be put to rest. Amazing staff, you can tell they are passionate about the animals being brought in, and the owners themselves. I would recommend 10/10 for sure.

My Cavalier King Charles spaniel was having an issue with his tooth, he is 10 and has mitral valve disease so there is a risk of putting him under with sedation, Dr. Heather recommended an alternative that didn’t need sedation. She worked with him and was patient as it took more than 1 treatment. Dr. Will and Dr Heather are genuinely concerned and want to do what is best for your animals, they are open and knowledgeable to alternative treatments, that is important to me. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love Blue Lake Animal Hospital, and so do my animals. This is a picture of our Ozzie so relaxed on our way home from seeing Dr. Heather.
